1) screw the graphics just focus on the gameplay (all I've seen outta ps2 so far is graphics)
2)in driver 3 make driver not only road vehicles but also planes boats etc after all it's called driver isnt it?
3) eliminate the slow up
4) better music
5) allow access to all buildings
6) make it so you can run down people in Driv3r
7) when your car is wrecked make it so you can get out and run from the cops on foot
8) guns/weapons
9) when you are on foot make the horn button do something like wave or flick people off or somthing like that
10) speedometer
11) rear view mirror
12) speed limit signs
13) add mini-missions where you have to make to the movies on time or somthing
14) improve the multiplayer-add other cars-make it so you can change the views-keep the maps just as big as the 1 player-make it so you can steal other cars-add options allowing you to choose if cops are in or not and other things like that-add more multiplayer games (races, tag, mini-missions, stunts)-make it up to 4 players
15) make missions easier in Driver 3
16) make cops more "cop like" example- when you blow a red have the cop give you a ticket instead of trying to kill you
17) make the game more interactive like if you go to a gas station and hit the triangle button next to the tank then he will start to fill it up
18) make the parking lots in Driv3r have cars in them
19) make it so if you leave a car in a certain place and you come back to it it will still be there unless a tow truck tows it away
20) eliminate "pop in" when the scenery (buildings trees) just appear out of no where
21) add tanks,jeeps,hum-vees,volkswagon bugs,race cars,etc
22) add a level editor
23) add matrix-style movie editing
24) add more secrets such as cars,areas,options,mini-games
25) when you beet the mission mode unlock ALL cars

I have an idea for your website too. Make it so you can comment on other people's ideas or add to their ideas without email like a message board or something like that. So you can take everybodies game ideas to the next level.

Though the PS2 has been somewhat disappointing so far, there are a few games that I'm really looking forward to see, and one of the them is Driver 3.
