new weapons:
jigglypuff singing ball- puts all the drivers to sleep for 30 secs. pikachu's electric thunderbolt- send a car flying in the air and crashes pester ball- blocks the view of the road with pruple poison gas pidgey turbo speed winds- gives you the speed of lighting charmander fireball - fires look a fire and puts the opponents car in flames.
