How about a game where u play as a negotiator for a S.W.A.T team. U get on scene get briefed and then get into action. U talk on the phone and u have a list of choices of what u want to do. Talk....pops up a box with a list of things to say depending on the situation call srg.....advise him(e.g send ur man in, hold back for a while, call helicopter,deliver food e.t.c call officer(tell him what to buy...food e.t.c) actions: go inside the building if the suspect wants to meet u, walk outside, interview witnesses e.tc call,girlfriend,boyfriend,mom,dad e.tc The game will be 2d, kinda like swat 2.
