In C4 you play a bomber man that is hired to bomb places to kill someone. It's a first-person view. Your first missions is to plant car bombs and as you go on you bomb houses and skyscrapers. Along the way you will have to perform certain tasks to gain knowledge to make bigger and better bombs. You will have to pass security systems and be very stealthy. If you plant a bomb in the wrong place it will result in failing the mission or your death. In blowing up the skyscrapers you will have to put bombs on the main supports to successfully blow it up. When you plant the bomb or bombs you will have to get away as far as possible and do it faster then the time you put it to go off. If you do set the bomb to go off for a long time the cops will find it and evacuate the building and, if a basic bomb, disarm it. The more missions you pass the more money you get which allows you to buy bigger bombs.

A terrorist training simulator. This could be something different. Add enough details into the part about the buildings collapsing differently depending on how well you place your bombs, and I think we could have a real interesting title here.
