Universe of War - a first person war game

This game would be a first person war-em-up. The game has no particular time setting but it is in the future, kind of like Star wars. It is a game that has the universe in complete civil war. Two battling factions that has been at war for over 250 year. You play as a single insignificant soldier in all of this chaos. You start each mission with a FMV, when it has finished you become an elite officer (of the faction chosen) in a planning room with the rest of your higher and lower rankings. Each one would give his point of view on the battle to be, leaving the decisions to you were you may alter and modify the plan (all of you circled around a holographic table of some sort) until your hearts content, but still receive recommendations from your fellow officers. This will be the only time you play as an extra character in the game. After that, once the planing is completed you will then switch to the view of your main character, a soldier. There you will receive your briefing (all in first person) in a large room with hundreds of others all watching the same holo table while the briefing officer lays down what's going to happen. When all this is completed you would find your self in the hanger bay, suited up along with the hundreds around you. You and your group enter your drop ship and experience the whole ride down, listening to the waist gunners (whom could be seen in the ship) going at it before the doors opens. When you exit the ship you your group and a hundred other groups shout as you all run down to your target. Because the game revolves completely around combat, your insignificance is important stressing this by having hundreds of soldier that are definitely no NPCs, and will attempt the mission without your expendable buttox if need be. Your higher ranking group leader will be constantly be barking orders at you, and if your hit you'll be dragged by a fellow soldier to the nearest departing dropship (this way you may continue to another mission, but as long as your in sick bay you may miss some missions).

If you could see in my mind how I have imagined this game then you would understand why it would be my dream to create this. Such details as watching a friend die while looking in his teary textured eyes as he shouts to you for help, while mortar blasts cause your hearing to impair. Details such as realist movement and a body you can actually see not as if your just hovering guns. Drop ships taking off while laying down covering fire. And you running up to a dug trench to find a legless soldier attempting to call in air support only to find maybe a minute later the silhouette of several strike craft silently drop there pay load from thousands of feet up. All these details that I have thought of could be done with effort and patience and for me to give you all my ideas would call for half your magazine.

Oh yes, I have been imagining quite a few scenes like this in my mind, but unfortunately that's where they stay (that's kind of why I wanted to make this website). I remember making up FMV scenes for upcoming Final Fantasy games that to me seemed like the coolest FMV ever made. Oh yes…, I know what you are talking about.
