A plague has spread through some L.A. People are dying in the hundreds every day. The army quickly put the city under quarantine. The people uninfected decide they want to leave but are killed by the army as they tried to escape. The army then decides that the city is lost an should be eliminated. Using a new weapon made in area 51 that is supposedly has the potency of 2 A-bombs. In a total error in power the bomb ended up having a blast of 400 miles destroying all of california not killing all the people but mutating them. The mutations hungered flesh and the army was sent to destroy the mutations after there mistake.

-Fight half living humans with a large arsinal of weapons
-There should be little boundaries(on entering buildings ect)
-Lots of different types of mutations

Seems to me that Capcom have turned you all into flesh eating Zombie freaks. Over 10% of the game ideas involves mutated people?! I wonder where they got that idea from, go figure...
