Ok, the games based in some fantasy distant future city that's been ravaged by global weather and the storm of all storms. The survivors have splintered into three groups, the mutated/zombified masses that live underground (leading to speculation that the storms were man made), the free spirited roof dwellers and the survivalists. All the groups have to battle for control of what's left of the cities resources such as fuel sites and communications. The underground dwellers are able to spread disease and rely on numbers and stealth to cause destruction. The roof dwellers fly around in various forms of glider and take advantage of the storms. The survivalists use makeshift vehicles and experimental weapons to fight for the freedom to rebuild society.

The game is played in first and third person perspective with options for huge multiplayer battles in and around the cities torn skyscrapers, with the possibility of a small amount of resource management and strategy depending on the areas each side controls. The game should take on an almost epic form as players can run through the streets taking cover in gutted buildings while being chased by survivalists or being bombed from the air by roof dwellers and having to avoid being the pray of sudden undergrounder attacks.
