Targeted - Online first person shooter game

This is a first person shooter that takes place in countries and cities throughout the world. It is both a Single-Player (with included bots that act like humans) and on-line where there can be huge games because of the space in the world. You can play in a violent mode with blood, guts and real guns or it can be toned down to just foam pistols (like Nerf blasters only cooler!). The toned down version is like a children's version with a smaller world and less guns. You start anyway with a pistol (whichever mode you pick) and you also receive a target that you must track down. You have a photo and must travel and ask others about your Suspect. If you are on-line there can be an observer mode where they control a person in the world. You receive more money for killing your suspect but you must spend it on travel, bribing for information, bribing police and buying guns. If the suspect you are hunting is also hunting you when you kill him a list will appear of all people in the game and a photo and if you are lucky their current location. Every person carries a notebook and when they ask an observer a question, the answer is noted in the notebook. When you ask a question you must type in what you want to say and phrase it well. Some people are more patient than others and will wait longer for the question. And of course because it is like a real world you will meet different types of people who go about their daily business. If you see a car chase it doesn't mean that another player is near because it's real life and these things do happen. Even the included bots would carry these so after killing a suspect you can steal both their gun and notebook unless you leave it too long in which case a gangster may take the gun or possibly both. You don't know who is after you so you also must ask if others have been asking questions about you. The game progresses until one player is left who is obviously the Winner. The round can then be played again and all stats are reset and the observers forget all about you.
However you do keep whatever gun you may have been left with (if any). Remember that this is a bustling city with (real) people so you must make distracting some of them worth their time. You must also watch how much attention people are paying towards you because they may have been hired to watch for you. You can walk into most shops that are open and buy stuff (which can be used for whatever purpose you wish). Maybe buy a mobile phone so you can hire someone to look out for your target. Also because it is a real world, all your choices and decisions could affect the rest of the game, which would make each round turn out differently. All people in the world will react realistically to things happening and it is a functioning world. If a dead body is left in the middle of a road people will crowd around it, others will shield children's eyes and react like normal people in the real world do. Every part of the cities and countries function so it is like a real world and important decisions must be made. Do you want to take a bus across town or steal a car? All others in the world act their own way. Some are old people, gang members, police and more. Weather will change and Disasters will happen. Pick up a newspaper to see what's happening. Everything is like real life except that your objective is to survive and win. You must remember about what decisions can do to your round. If you are arrested and put in jail, you will spend one day there but whoever is "targeting" you gets an update telling you that you are in jail and in which country but not the city. If you do see another player who you are not "targeting" you shouldn't kill him because (a) all players will be told where you are (including the country and city), (b) the police will watch you more carefully if they see you, (c) you will lose a lot of money. The only way you can kill someone that you aren't targeting is if he has shot at you first. This means that they are targeting you and you are acting in self-defence, which is okay. You can drag dead bodies down alleyways so people will not find them. After that person who attacked you is dead the person who was targeting him will get a new target that could be someone else's as well. An observer or NPC may kill you because it's real life. You can kill observers or computer players or even police if you want but that decision is left up to you and could get you into trouble. If there is an uneven number of players at the start of the game two people could be assigned the same target but they don't know. There are also gun & ammo shops and help shops or points throughout the world. Use them if you need to. Guns & Ammo shops have a gun sign and help shops or points have question marks. On the Internet people who made the game will man some of the shops and help points. The day is only made up of twelve hours and they pass quicker than real time. Seasons will also change and people will react to the changes. Shops will close depending on their opening hours and time of day. Every player has a watch too and things that you carry can be sold or pawned to get some extra cash. If you bribe groups they may give you something in return. Army - Weapons/Items, Police - Let you out of jail faster, FBI - Information about location of other players.
So to summarize the game in only a few words: It is a real world (if you haven't picked it up already) with real decisions with loads of other players. Ask questions to find your target and kill him. Upgrade guns at special points. Continue to take out targets. Make the right decisions. Survive.

Guns:
Most guns use the same ammo to avoid confusion. Fists - Obviously this is a basic weapon. If someone attacks you in the street you could use this to take care of him or her instead of using ammo. May kill someone depending on where you hit them. Otherwise your fighting skills may scare them off.
Knife - A basic weapon of every player. Use this for stealth because as it's a real world people will react to gunshots and screams.

Pistol - Fires single shots and this is another basic weapon of every player. You carry 20 bullets in it.

Machinegun - Shoots out bullets faster. You carry a total of 100 bullets for this.

Sniper Rifle - It has great accuracy with the scope on. Another great weapon for stealth and can zoom in a great range. Carries 50 bullets

Assault Rifle - Has both a Sniper scope and a machinegun loaded in it. Very loud but has a lot of power. Carries 150 bullets

Rocket Launcher - If you are desperate to kill someone then this may be the weapon for you. Carries 20 rockets (one of the guns that carries a different type of ammo). It's very noisy making you very easy to find.

Shotgun - Another weapon that has a different type of ammo. Carries 30 shells. Very powerful at close range but at long range it has poor accuracy.

Teleporter - This is a fantasy weapon that is solar powered so hope for good weather if you want it. Not really a weapon but will send people to a randomly selected weapon anywhere in the world. Unlimited ammo. Has a long rang and if fired into a group of people, then all will be transported to different points in the world.

Demon - This is for the spiritual only. It's a special weapon that only those who have been good to a pagan God can select. This will eat any person in the area (except you) and will count it as a sacrifice meaning that next time you could get a better demon.

Items:
These can also be bought at gun shops or maybe on the street.
Grenades - Used to clear out rooms of people. Are very noisy and will attract attention.

Mine - If people are after you, you can set a trap using mines.

Armour - If you don't want to be hurt as much by being shot at (the placement of shots do matter)

Night Vision Goggles - If you have been good to the army they may give you a present of a pair of these or weapons. Handy in the dark and will give you an advantage.

Earthquake device - Only special weapon shops in high-tech countries will carry these. When you throw it, it appears as if a earthquake is happening to all observers, NPC's and other players. Damage appears on buildings and everything but you can't se any affect because it's to distract others.

Bomb - Used to assassinate people or to set a trap.

This idea reminds me very much of one of my own game ideas.
