Avatar City is a city full of superheroes, villians, etc. You would have to sign up for a price (so it wouldn't get too crowded). But then you could create your own superhero/villian and give it special powers. Then, you could work solo or join teams. You could also have secret hideouts, etc. that were hidden, but could be discovered by other groups.
