I would like to see "Streetrod 3", to make the triology complete. They could make "SR 3" on the same engine as "Carmageddon 2" or "GTA". "SR 3" could be more like an driving/adventure, where the player could drive around in the city, jump out of the car wherever he wanted, wander in and out of buildings, etc. I know it's just an idea, but it would be cool to see it realized.
