Monbwea - FF7 Clone

Introduction: (this game has the same kind of map as FF7) In this game you play as one of five characters. You can play as Jack, Jonathan, Samantha, Heather or Rick. Each character starts out in a different part of the world map.

Story: You play as one of the five characters that wants to have a monbwea of his/her own and travel the world. In your world in each city there are special labs that work on the specific breeding of one monbwea (mutant organism naturally born with elemental attributes) and letting licensed people owning them (getting a monbwea license is like getting a drivers license). After you get one of 5 randomly selected monbwea you can go and adventure to several different places. You must talk to several people to find out rumors that you must investigate. At each site that you investigate you will meet a mysterious guy in a black cloak who always flies away after you see him. You will hunt the guy down several times until you defeat him and then you must go on several adventures. You will meat up with each of the other characters and they will join your party.

Monbwea Basics: After you receive a monbwea from a lab you must take it to the world map and face off against other monsters and make your monbwea get stronger. You can make your monbwea morph into other stages as it gets older, and at its first and second stages (each monbwea has only 3 stages) it can die if over exerted, but when it reaches its 3rd stage it cant die but will pass out if over exerted. Once your monbwea reaches too old an age it will dissolve in to the earth Galia (Galia is believed to be the spirit of the earth and all living things). Once your monbwea dissolves you must use your teleporter to bring you to a town and get a new one. Each character in your party can have a monbwea of his/her own and if even one person's monbwea dissolves you must teleport back to a city.
Monbwea Pictures:
Arctic: Arctic is a elder monbwea (monbwea have 3 stages, youth, teen, elder) the eldest of the stages of chill. It uses ice powers along with its powerful whacking ears
Big Roo: Big Roo is the teen stage of Minni Roo. He uses powerful earth spells and rock crushing punches
Minni Roo: Minni Roo is a youth stage. He can spin violently with his tail and uses his spring loaded legs to jump super high but cant use elements (no youth monbwea can use elements)

Slither: Slither is a youth monbwea. He can scrunch up and fire himself at enemies and he can bite them for a 40% chance of poison

This game would use the same kind of battling as Digimon but you can use your monbwea's skills out of battle.

Pokemon rip-off? Maybe, but there's something cool about these monbwea's.
