iD Tech Camps are great if you are considering an education in game development, but want to learn more about the subject before you begin your college education. The Tech Camps are available for students between the age 7-17. It is possible to register for one or several weeks at a time. The Tech Camps are held at many different universities around the US, including Stanford, Brown, UCLA, Northwestern, MIT, Columbia, and the University of Cádiz, Spain. Students work together in small groups of around 6 students, with one instructor per group to ensure the best possible environment for learning.

3D Character Modeling
• Ages 13-17
• Customized for beginner to advanced learners
• Available at Emory, Georgetown, MIT, Northwestern, Rider, Sacred Heart, Stanford, UC Berkeley, UCLA, UCSD, UT Austin, Univ of Washington, Vassar
• Learn the basics of 3D character modeling using Autodesk® 3ds Max®.

Game Modding
• Ages 13-17
• Customized for beginner to advanced learners

• Students will mod the hot Teen game, Battlefield 2™ from Electronic Arts!

Gaming Athletes
• Ages 13-17
• Customized for beginner to advanced learners

• In this course, dedicated gamers will be introduced to tactics and strategies developed by professional gamers for use in some of the most competitive and popular PC games.
