Summary:
In this game, Warlord: spirit of darkness, you play as virtually as anyone or just about anything you want. You can play on-line (if you have an X Box you would play on X Box live) so you can interact with others all around the world. Or, if you (or your overprotective parents) choose to not play on-line you can do so. Basically you fight creatures with deformed bodies and strange powers. You travel all around the world fighting for what you believe in. You can make you character in the beginning and he will grow bigger and stronger as the time passes. Grow from an inexperienced adolescent into the most powerful being in the world. Choose the path of righteousness or dedicate your life to evil. Muscles expand with each feat of strength; force of will increases with each work of wit. Obesity follows gluttony, skin tans with exposure to sunlight and bleaches bone-white by moonlight. Earn scars in battle and lines of experience with age. Each person you aid, each flower you crush, each creature you slay, will change this world forever.
Gameplay:
You live in the terrifying and wondrous world of Karacot, where anything could happen. War breaks out every chance it can get. The only thing keeping the world in tact is Warlord, a being so powerful people believe he is a god. The game does have an ending, technically you can finish it by stopping the wars but you will have oncoming quests and levels all through the game. The only way to actually finish the game is to die of old age (which takes an extremely long time). When you die in combat you will regenerate in the regeneration hall. You will have a game day to get your body equipment, if you don’t you will have to start from scratch (you stay the same age but you lose half of your levels, for example if you are at level 10, you will change to level 5) and buy all your equipment over again.
Inside Scoop:
You start with 1,000¤. Then you have to go out and buy your weapons, but you can’t be older than 15 so you are restricted from some weapons that would be too dangerous. You can’t leave your parents side unless you are 18 or above. Years go by fast in the game and real world. When you get a task days will pass but you won’t get any older unless you complete it.
