Learn Game Programming
DeVry's Game and Simulation Programming curriculum will prepare you for taking on various development roles in the game industry.
Game Art & Design Degree
Westwoods’s game art & design program will teach you everything you will need to know before you apply for a job in the game industry.
The year is 7988. It is a time when all we know has changed; all lands now accept a single currency- Zei, little golden coins. The countries
are completely different- there is now Geiser, Welthor, and Zurien: home of the Zurienders. It is also a time of a new mythology: the mythology of the Administrator Deus. Long ago, it is said that there thrived a race known as the Administrators- those who commanded the realm and sculpted the worlds that thrive now. They were of a race destined to master the universe and unlock the realms within. Thriving upon a palace that moves with the skies, they created the Earth and its people. However, there was the Administrator Deus- the sun, a computer that controlled existence, evil, good- everything! It was built so as to eliminate the sin of war, to govern the Earth- However, the villainous Damiv of the Administrators has decided to corrupt the good people of Earth. And so, he reprogrammed the Deus to allow war. He now controls the Deus, sending loyal agents to Earth so as to foster imperfection on the world as it is destined. He is trying to sabotage their efforts, because he does not believe in the Heaven Project- an attempt to create a perfect race. That part has been removed from the mythos, but all else is real. Meanwhile, a new religion on the Earth has overtaken all others: the Zehovans, who believe that a life of perfection will lead you to the Land of Eden, man's paradise. In reality, they are the agents of Damiv. They are spreading these lies, telling people of the Zehovan faith- named after the head official of Damiv's plan to ruin the Earth and cause the Heaven Project and the Administrator Deus to die, according to the Deus's will, who believes imperfection should not be stomped out because it is part of the Balance of the universe, and it must not be upset- to go forth and force their faith on those who do not believe in theie ways: with the sword. In all of this, Hireb Volovar has broken away from the cult because he believes man should have a chance at perfection. He has formed the Varun Academy in the little-known region of Zurin, an academy that schools one in the work of various RPG classes. Enter young Ryue Salain, the unknowing kid with the Deus's
Reality Altering powers that also give him a terminal virus. Deciding to train as a mage at the academy, he soon gets wrapped up in things when the Green Coat special police of the region of Lageland attack the academy. The reason: The new Prime Minister is a puppet of Zehova, going under the name of eco-terrorist Rephin Seiroth. And Zehova is devoted to the cause: Devoted enough to destroy those who'd try and stop Damiv's plans. Luckily, the heroes of our game happen to be away on a mission with the dead Hiran's descendant, Telios, who simply knowns Ryue's role and wants to use his powers to avenge a personal wrong against the enemy general. Now, they have to avoid the forces of Zehova and be roped into defeating the Administrator Deus, who simply wants to make Ryue the conduit of its will that imperfection stay behind by using the process called the " Terminal of Imperfection "-
in which the thoughts of peace and anything that could accomplish peace is channeled away from the world, leaving impurity behind. Will this be stopped or not?

Features:

Hitman Jobs: Your character can get jobs from the Zurien Federal Order to hunt down and kill criminals or people who have earned the wrath of Zurien. However, these criminals will always fight back with weaponry ranging from the mundane to the insane- an example is rogue mercenary/manga fan John Kaldor, who attacks with some skills you might recognize from the pages of Rurouni Kenshin and Dragon Ball Z!

Lokimon Battles: Lokimon is the new craze throughout the changed Earth- children and adults alike are seizing their Lokimon Linkers and battling each other by linking the systems up and fighting with the Lokimon they've raised. Well, your characters can get a Lokimon Linker and start playing. Convert enemy monsters into Lokimon data through the Conversion spell, then upload them, raise them, and battle them!

Reality Altering powers: Ryue's powers allow him to alter an enemy's status when they're at 20% HP- resulting in random effects, such as random spells being cast on random targets or so much more! You consistently get AP from using the move, however, which you can spend to level up
your Spell Books and learn spells in those, which you can equip to a character. There are various spell books: The elements you can equip are Fire, Aqua, Jolt, Air, Freeze, Poison, Cosmo, Holy, Dark, Ground, and Mental.

Well? What do you think?

it's interesting but i don't quite get the point. i've always been an rpg fan and urs has some decent ideas. i just don't know why u incorporated things like the Lokimon, that's just silly. Anyway, with more revision u can make this idea work. I love the name of the game though. Check out some of my work in the rpg section and see if u like any of it. dont' listen to error404, from what i've seen he doesn't seem to ever really know what he's talking about when he makes comments.

He's right, "...with more revision, you can make this idea work...". I like the concept of this game, just not the whole computer "dues" thing. In a land of mythology and "balancing the universe" and what not, why should computers - of all great and powerful things - come into play? Instead of a simple computer, why not a legendary key of some sort? Other than that, you've got a great concept.
