First off this game is an RPG, the format will be the same as other RPG (i.e. items, summons, attack, magic, travel, airships), but also one where you can choose from several characters. You will be able to choose each character’s weapons for example Sparticus (character one male) will be able to use Heavens Tonfa’s, Diablo’s Broad Sword, and The Demon Spear. Veromus (character two female), and Tyranous (character three a demon beast always dressed in black with the ability to change into different creatures. Once his HP is low enough to trigger the transformations.) Will be able to use Earth’s Chakroms, The Sword of Light, and The Dark Twin Sabers. Their weapons will also level up as you do so when you reach level 99 your weapon will be at it’s ultimate stage, you can mix and match different elements to different weapons. Your character will also level up his/ her attack and defense, along with your character’s magic, magic defense and his/ her elemental attacks. Your weapon will increase its hit %, attack and defense.

Second being an RPG you will be able to travel to different places in a futuristic ancient Japan world, like you will see tall buildings, and temples, but you won’t see any technology such as phones or computers or technological personal products. There will be some places where it is nothing but woods, but you will see ruins of an ancient city built by demons. "The City closest to hell". You will also see plain lands and a city in the sky, "The City closest to heaven" This will be the only place that there is light. There will also be people in these cities, and you will be able to interact with them like if you see someone being robbed you have the choice to help them or leave them. You will also see vampires and werewolves on your journey and you can help them by killing humans or you can kill them, but only your character’s can kill vampires.

Third the battle system, you will have three characters throughout the game. When thrown into a random battle it will appear like the challenges in dynasty warriors 4, where it is your party and your opponents and you will have full control of their movements (I.e. run around the enemy, dash, and attack, defend, and use elemental attacks). While in the battle you may also summon different demon creatures, like Dracuwolf a cross between a vampire and a werewolf. The only other one I have thought of is Nightmare a demon with six eyes all burning red and a somewhat human body with spikes all over him and a gigantic sword called "The Shadow Slayer". I will put more summons once I think of some.

Fourth the story you play as a character of your choice in a world ravaged by eternal night where you alone must save the earth from demons. Diablos set these demons loose in order to get revenge on the character you choose. Your character used to be a demon under Diablos then he/ she "wakes up" one day to see all the pain and suffering he/ she has caused humanity. He/ She decides to set things right by riding the world of all the demons, but heaven has sent their own army of demon slayers after you. So now you are given the greatest challenge ever you must fight Diablos to save humanity, but you must also watch out for the slayers coming for your head. You might be able to fight them (if you are that daring) but they are extremely powerful and if you are not equipped properly you might die with one strike from their flaming scimitar.

When you first start out you are given a small version of the weapon you choose at the character select screen. You start off in a lava cave with you and your other two characters. You must fight your way out to the surface of earth. When you reach the surface you see in the distance a small village. Once you are there the people will tell you about several temples. The first temple has your weapons; you must complete a short puzzle in order to gain the weapons you selected at the character select screen. Once you do that your weapon will level up as you do for the rest of the game. The other temples have attribute magic that you can add-on to your weapons, you can add the elements of ice, lightning, wind, water, fire, death, light, and earth. Of course you can add fire and dark to your weapon(s) to kill heavens assassins, but fire and dark will only heal Diablos and his demons. As you progress through the game you will notice how it takes longer to get places. For example it might take 15 minutes to get through the lava cave, but it may take 60 minutes to get through the forest. This is so your character’s can level up, so when you go up against Diablos you will stand a good chance of defeating him. After you leave the village you set out on the quest for elements and the defense of the human race.

As you progress there will be side missions that humans ask you to do. One will ask you to deliver a message to a neighboring town, While the other missions may be more difficult they will be quite a few that ask you to deliver different things like items, people, and money. The save points will appear as a ball of light inside a black box, as you approach the box it will open and then ball will levitate above the empty box. The save point will rejuvenate your HP and MP. Once you beat the game and you continue from the end you will begin at the beginning of the game with all items and max weapon points. This will be extreme mode where you have 50 hours to complete the game. If you fail it’s game over, but if you succeed you can unlock more characters to play the game with.

Now for the game layout after the village you must enter a cave inside a giant mountain. As you enter the mountain you see a dark shadow running deep inside of the cave. Follow it and you will reach the first temple. The Temple of Might, this is where your weapons are you may obtain them as you come to the big room with statues of demons and angels. Note: You will obtain all weapons for all the characters that you can have join. You must use all three characters that you start out with to position the demons and angels so they look like they are charging each other. When they are in place the weapons they are holding will fall and you can equip them. After you equip the weapons in the menu go back to the game screen, and you will notice a secret exit behind one of the demons you moved. Follow this exit until you come to end of the cave. As you are about to leave the cave, there will be a cut-scene where the shadowy figure comes into the light and you see his face. He is Valamor a half-demon you will now have the option for him to join you or to continue the game without him. Whichever you choose you must continue to the top of the mountain where you will find a temple, here is where you will find the wind element. In order for you to gain the wind element you must defeat the "sleeping dragon" which you will find behind a wall in the temple. When you find him, he will tell you how Diablos sent him eons ago to guard the temple against demons like you, then he will stand up and the battle will commence. This should be a relatively easy battle, as long as you can dodge his whirlwind magic. After you defeat him the wind element is added to your elemental inventory. You will see some rubble where the dragon once slept, examine it and you will find a save point and a warp point. The warp point takes you down the mountain, but on the other side. Now you must travel through the woods until you see a clearing in the wooded area. You are now at a lake where you must find your way through the swamp to a warp point. This warp point will take you to a temple beneath the lake find your way through the temple. Leviathan the Water God will be waiting, defeat him and you will obtain the water element. After the cut-scene of Leviathan being defeated by your characters, you will see another warp point where his corpse once was. You will also see Angel fly down to you. She was once one of the Angels of Death, but showed mercy to a demon who had saved a human child from another demon. That demon was you and now she is no longer one of the Angels of Death. If you wish you can have her join you or continue without her. After the cut-scene continue to the warp point that will take you to the volcano temple where you must find your way through a cave similar to the lava cave at the beginning. Once you reach the temple inside you notice the fire dragon is dead. You then see a demon standing over the dragon’s corpse with his sword piercing the dragon’s skull. Then you hear him proclaim "I am Johnas third in command from our Lord Diablos. I will now take your heads as an example of what happens when demons turn away from our savior Diablos". You will now be in battle with him he is fairly difficult. After you take five thousand HP away he will declare you the winner of that round and run away. Obtain the fire element and warp out of the temple. You will then appear in a crevasse where you will meet Seragus another female demon once again you can have her join you or you can continue without her. Now you must go through the dark forest where you must find the "Ancient Ruins". As you enter the ancient ruins you will see several corpses lying on the floor. As you pass over them you will notice a giant shadow moving closer to you once you finally reach it, you will see Mordolph a demon knight. He will tell you about "The City Closest to Hell". Then he will tell you how Diablos has sent him for your head and you will be thrown into a battle. Once you defeat him you must travel deep into the city to face another demon knight Gabrielle she is stronger than the first but she shouldn’t be too hard. Now before you can obtain the dark element you must fight the dark dragon. After you have slain him a cut-scene will happen and you will see the dragon die and the dark element fall to the floor. Take the warp point that appears near the entrance to the city, it will take you to the central plains. Once there you will notice a city of light above you find the hidden warp point that will take you there. This is "The City Closest to Heaven". You will have to take alleyways and back streets in order to find the temple. Once inside you will have to face Angel’s sister, Angelica she is the hardest boss so far. After she has been defeated she will ask to join you. Continue on with your journey until you see the Archangel Gabriel. He will be almost twice as hard as Angelica. Once you have defeated Gabriel you must face the Dragon of Light the toughest dragon in the entire game. Once you have defeated everyone in the Temple. Warp back down to the plains and level your characters up cause you are headed to Hell.
