The Story Samuel Lee Kline was born on Aug. 17.2003 at Haskin hospital in Stamford. Mom and Dad have a bad relationship. Tom(Dad) beats Sam's mom to death when Sam is One years old. Tom receives life in prison for killing Cindy Ann Kline(Mom). Cindy is buried in White Oaks Cemetery. While Sam was sent to Dawson Orphanage. He is adopted by an average guy with the last name Finley. The man's name is Ken. He is 28 years old and hangs out at the Zinc bar every day and drinks beer and smokes cigarettes. Ken's girlfriends name is Alicia. She is 25 years old. She is a loving and caring person. "How did she get mixed up with Ken", you ask? Well, they met at Zinc Bar. They started flirting and have been going out for about a year now. Sam's full name is changed to Samuel Lee Finley. He lives a pretty happy life with Ken and his girlfriend. After being together 2 years Ken and Alicia split up leaving Sam with Ken which might not be the best thing. Ken loses track of time and by the time little Sam starts school he is 6. Sam does good in school through 12th grade and graduates from Stamford High School with the class of 2022. Now you control Sam and make him do what ever you want. Options could include going to College, Bar, Car Dealer, Supermarket, Tattoo Parlor, Movie Theater, Grocery Store, Tool Store, Car Wash, Prison, Police Station, Fire Department, and many more stores. Also the houses could have cars for sale in their front yards. Options you would have to do with the character would be to get married and have a family, get a job, Kill, Robbery, Buy Prostitutes, much like Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. But it will be better than Vice City. The players would have to watch how bad they are or they could go to prison till they are old. Me and many of my friends liked this idea of mine.

i'm sure there are people that can relate to this character out there somewhere. i've had tragedies in my life as well. however this game is a little dramatic to say its true life. though the sims are quirky(i hate the sims by the way) they manage to capture the mundane humdrum of the daily grind we call existance. your game is more action paced and the stakes seem higher. to be honest your idea reads like pulp fiction...only your story makes sense and the characters are deeper. my only suggestion is think of another title. this game could be wonderful but quite frankly not all of us could call this "true life."

I think it's a little extrodinary to say that THIS game would be better that GTA- Vice City. First of all, there is no gameplay whatsoever! and the plot relates nothing to the suggested gameplay- walk around, get a job, or do nothing?! What is the point of describing Sam's backround and life story if all you do is make him find a job or run around killing pedestrians? Not only does this "idea" give a bad name to the secondary index, it needs a hell of alot of work.

my title sums this up. what would be the point, i completley agree with Pimpy and Nighty, this has no story line, apart from that he grows up kills people gets a job. When would it be complete. Maybe if when he grew old and died, you could take control of someone else and someone gave you missions. Basically you've just combined the Sims and GTA!
