The year 2009
Story: A strong wind blew from the west carrying the whispers of sin. No one knew why the darkness came over the land; they only knew their once beautiful world was corrupted by shadow. Then they came ere the morn exactly a fortnight later, the creatures of evil. The wicked fiends ravaged the earth with hoards of resentment and malice sewn into every fray. Only few lived through the near eradication of man, they assembled together as many humans as could be gathered amongst the ruins of cities. The last people constructed many holds of men on, and here they lived for ages clashing with evil and thriving despite everything. Many years after the keeps were raised a team of four fighters headed abroad, with only sword and stone, to find and restitute the evil that had befallen their beloved planet.
The Soldiers
Ire, A proprietor of the sword, he carries within him the fury of his fallen kinsmen; this weighs heavy upon his molested heart. Still he stands erect yet disillusioned from a lifetime of battle lacerations. His mail is thick yet heavy making him sluggish in battle, with the motif of the cross sited upon the breast. He wields no shield or bow yet with his adept skill with the blade he thwarts many servants of darkness.
Audacity, a valiant spear wielding knight she is ready for any antagonist who may choose to harm the innocent. Mild by nature she gets no pleasure from warfare; she imagines a world were all humans can dwell together in one city in quietude. She is fully clad in heavy plated body armor with helmet to boot; her spear stretches greater than eight feet tall, judge against her five eleven body. Her benevolence repeatedly gets her in many a predicament but is also indispensable when in a spat with s ill at ease person.
Determination, renamed after he was no more than ten years old and commenced operated on and comprehended artillery. He carries no armor but cling to one brawny handgun proficient to discharge an elongated metal projectile that smoothly penetrates any foes hide. He sports a pair of sunglasses with uniquely designed lenses that zoom in like a magnifying glass depending where he looks in the lens. He doesn’t always give the impression that he is a sympathetic man as he lacked human contact for an extended period of time, but his elegance is to the proper force.
Sanguinity, misunderstood he stays unaccompanied and is well thought-out as a recluse, sturdy but a loner. He has hope for the future of man but hardly ever shows any indication of emotion. He wears only a breastplate and uses a chain mace in spite of it restricting his speed, it is incredibly effective.
Abilities: Abilities are the skills of a character that only they have, they can receive skills or abilities through leveling up or by rare items. These abilities include such moves as:
Sniper Shot: A Precise Shot takes massive amounts of health from opponent.
Sword Thrust: A hard stab with the sword.
etc.
Game play
Much of the game is played traveling around the destroyed ruins of earth finding lost peoples and weapons/technology. This game has a turn based fighting system. Leveling up is based on the amount of exp. gained in battle or by rare items.
The Fiends: The Bad Guys are lizard like men who stand fully erect with all sorts of weapons, spears, swords, guns, cannons. They speak with foul sounds yet it is english.
