Riot Knights
Story: In the very far future, around 3450 AD, Many of the nations of Xeros, or the "first world", sent their miltaries to suitable outer worlds, and prepare them for colonization efforts. These projects have been going on for centuries already, but they have decided to step farther out into the great rifts, and expand further. Your character, Rikujo, and you two friends are currently students in a large military academy. Your also nearing graduation day, and luckily, Since there is a high intake of Rangers and Fighters into the military missions, all three of you are on the same mission by chance. The bad news, however, is that you will be sent to one of the most dangerous planets known to your people. Upon a few weeks after graduation, you notified that it's indeed time to go, so Rikujo, Rynna, and Koji all pack up and head for the next cruiser to Motsura-23.809.03. Once you land, and locate to the militaries base of operations, you go about your duties, and exterminate the alien menaces that inhabit the planet. After a while, though, on an off day, Rikujo overhears several superiors talking of plans to "awaken and harness an ancient evil to their advantage."(I haven't exactly work this part out fully yet). After hearing this,You convince you and your friends to go A-wall, "at least, for a while" as your character puts it, and return to Earth by any means in order to work things out on a broader scale, that of which your team isn't aware of how to do just yet. This is where you would begin gameplay. -----------
Gameplay: Throughout the game, music is the center of all combat. That is, all combat is based around the speed, flow, and over all style and feel of the music playing at the time of battles and fights of any kind. Most music that would be used in gameplay for combat would be derived from ancient disks unearthed from the "old world", or the ancient times of your planet. The disks, called drive disks, can be used with a handy drive runner, with which your team has. You'll find these disks scattered across most of the worlds and certain cities you visit, hidden all over. During combat, which is real-time action, music is played either from your drive runner, or as an ambient groove, present in most places. In order to fight effectively, you characters must hit, shoot, and move to the beat and feel of the music, a sort of, "dancing fighting", but without any actual dancing. dozens of stlyes of classic music, and some origional scores will be at your disposal including funk, rock, rap, jazz, etc., allowing for vastly creative combat. Each of the styles have certain grooves about them that are most effective in certain situations. For instince, in a fight with many weaker enemies, you would probably choose a faster paced, 3/4 or 4/4 time disk of jazz or rap, as to dish out some insane combos with quick, concentrated hits to each enemy in succession. The oppsosite of that strategy would be to go with a heavy rock, or Funk beat, as to lay down the law with some of the larger machine guns or bazookas with full, devastating hits, still timed to the beat, of course, delivered to bigger, multiple target monsters or combatants. Each of the characters, Rikujo, Rynna, and Koji, have very diverse fighting habits and stlyes based on the class you choose, and on their stats. The race of the character comes into play also, as certain ones get bonuses and drawbacks. Rikujo the main character, is a human, and has no bonuses at the start, but also never has any stat or ability weaknesses. He is also A fighter, who primarily uses swords, and blades. Rynna is a Ranger, who use almost soley Guns of any kind, but, being of a sub race of half giant, half human, because of her sheer size, she can use two 2-handed guns, one for either ar
