Learn Game Programming
DeVry's Game and Simulation Programming curriculum will prepare you for taking on various development roles in the game industry.
Game Art & Design Degree
Westwoods’s game art & design program will teach you everything you will need to know before you apply for a job in the game industry.
The best driving simulator game can now become the best flight simulation game. Modes of play would include: Dogfight: Enter your plane into the Dogfight. Last plane left, after other planes are shot down or retired, gets the money. This event has the largest jackpot to be won because it could lead to your plane being damaged or even worse totally destroyed. It wouldn’t be wise to enter a passenger plane because you would be too easy to hit. Around the world: This is like an endurance race. You start off, for example in Los Angeles and have to go to Tokyo. Along the way you’ll have to land to refuel and take-off again to continue on to your destination. You can control the amount of fuel you want or need at the start and at every refuelling. If you go slightly off course ( this will result in more fuel lose ) you could end up just short of your destination causing you to wreck your plane or force a crash landing. This mode will not allow any weapons to be used. Around the Continent: This is like the Around the World mode except it doesn’t require any refuellings and weapons are allowed. Bomb the Base: This mode is just for the bomber planes. You are given an area to bomb, usually a base of some short. Sounds easy? It’s not. The base’s have ground defences or even air defences. you will have to fly through a continuous stream of bullets. Even if your right above the Base and about to drop your load, your not guarantied a blown up base. You have to take the wind speed and wind direction into account. Follow the leader: You take on one opponent plane in this mode. One plane starts while the other one follows. The first plane has to do a couple of manoeuvres. The second plane has to try and copy the manoeuvres and is given points based on how close it is to the original manoeuvres. Each plane plays as the leader twice before the total points is added up and the prize is awarded to the highest scoring plane.
For each mode when you land to refuel you can get your plane fixed if you suffered any damages. This will take up more time but it’s better than crashing.
All these modes except Bomb the Base is available in split-screen in the multiplayer option. The Around the World/Continent modes have special weather effects. Go on a North/South flight you’ll most likely get caught in a snow storm reducing your visibility. You can encounter hurricanes, storms, thick fog etc.. All these weather conditions could have a disastrous affect on your flight. As in the driving game you start off with a certain amount of money to pick a cheap plane. You can pick from a selection of World War 1 planes e.g Sopwith Camel, Fokker Triplane. Once you build up your money you can buy World War 2 planes e.g Spitfire, Messerschmitt BF 109, Boeing B-17 Flying Fortress. Keep building up money and planes such as MiG-23 and Tomcat can be bought. For the Around the World mode passenger planes are recommended as jet fighters burn up fuel fast and don’t have a great fuel capacity. Passenger planes such as the Boeing 747 and Airbus are available. All these planes can be upgraded with better and faster engines as well as weapons such as sidewinder missiles, machines guns and the expensive heat seeking missiles. You can even put missiles on the antique planes like the Sopwith Camel or massive passenger planes such as the Boeing 747. You may say that the heat seeking missile might be unfair but they can be countered by crafty flying or more easily realeasing a flare, if you have bought them. Where is the Concorde and Harrier Jump jet you may ask? You have to unlock these beauties that can annihilate competition. Other unlockable planes are Lockheed Hercules and the Mosquito VI ( World War 2 bomber). There is also the Messerschmitt Me262( this plane could have won the war for Hitler if he didn’t delay its production.) Also an unlockable mode for people who finish the whole game. Hot Air Balloon: You simple float around in a hot air balloon. You only have a pistol at the start so you can shoot down enemy hot air balloons. Shoot down a few balloons and your weapon is upgraded to a sub-machine gun. Your weapons keep getting upgraded to sniper rifles and shotguns until you destroy all enemy hot air balloons.
Planes can be decorated with cool or extreme paintworks and covered in symbols e.g Allie symbol from WW2.

If you see all these weird numbers comung up where they shouldn't be, I think its because of some invisible code in my text programme. if you just ignore the letters you should be able to figure out the word
