You start off by choosing your appearance. The best choice of clothes would be a suit to make a good impression. Then you pick if you're on the Prosecutors side or the Defendants side. If you join the prosecutors' side you won't have any clients. The defendants will have some clients to start off with and as the firm grows so will the number of clients. Before you go into court you will have to pick witnesses and tell them what to say and what not to say. You can choose a wide variety of questions to ask them. If you see that the opposition is straying off the point you can shout "OBJECTION". You can walk in front of the jury while stating something about the case to make yourself look confident.
The defendants' clients are humorous. A cannibal has a muzzle and is very confident in himself. A pyro maniac is very twitchy etc.
If you win the case you get more money and you can expand your business. Soon you will be doing murder 2 cases and finally murder 1 cases. The murder 1 cases are obviously the hardest to win but it's even harder to win a case when there's hardcore evidence against you. If you finish the lawyer part of the game, a bonus game is unlocked where you get to play as the judge on the murder cases.
