Story: In a realm there lived many different races and species who co-existed with one another peacefully. All of them are ruled by a peaceful, intelligent and powerful Sobek race, a race which shows true expertise and mastership in all three fields of melee-styled combat, technology, and the use of magic energies, a race which defeated the previous ruthless rulers' army, and freed all the enslaved in this realm after a long and bloody war which lasted for thousands of years. A long time then passed after the greatest battle ever fought in this realm and the realm flourished into a highly advanced civilization. This civilization then gradually expanded outwards onto other realms, destroying ruthless races and putting peaceful races under their rule on the way of their expansion. Until one day. An ambitious general of this mighty race resurrected the dark, brutal army and it's rulers who had been sealed in another dimension after their last defeat. An open revolt by this brilliant general and his loyal followers led a brutal destruction into this peaceful civilization once again. All members of the Sobek race have been tracked down and killed by the treacherous new emperor to prevent the rise to power of this mighty race in the long future.

A 3D Fantasy online RPG game which is a combination of games like soul calibur, dynasty warriors, dungeons and dragons, diablo and other games.

Some new features may be...
The fighting style is like in soul calibur, blade of darkness, and Oni where you may jump, block, slash, kick, throw, roll, somersault, backflip do special moves etc. This is the base element of the game, game players relies more on their fighting skills and combat reflexes.

Shooting magic missiles or casting area of effect magics onto our character can be reduced greatly if blocked.

Different groups of enemies have different fighting styles, group tactics and strategies to surround and kill us.

We play as a single character, but we may change to any other character at any time (who have different skills and abilities) during the game.

We may assign one of our team member characters to fight by our side. We may swop the team member character fighting by our side anytime during battle, changing them to any of our other team members during different situations (like hireling in Diablo2). If our team mate is a flying unit, he may give us air support by bombarding enemies around us on the ground from the air.

Gameplay is smooth and fast-paced and covers 3D battles in air, ground, and maybe under water.

We can even out our low-level characters' levels with our high-level characters' by letting our low-level characters combat with other online opponents in towns or cities.
Or we may buy experiences from Sorcerer mages using gold cash.

In the game we receive different amount of cash after killing our enemies. We may then use the cash to buy armors, items, rides, and weapons in towns or cities. Only unique, powerful enemy opponents drop items. The items dropped would always be super powerful, top-class unique weapons, items, or armors.

Buy ground or flying monsters,creatures, or machines (in towns and cities) that allows our character to ride on it to travel faster on ground or fly in the air.

Fatality style: During battle, when certain enemies around our character have been very heavily injured, our characters will automatically do fatality moves (mortal combat style) to finish off that enemy: stabbing weapon right through his body then pulling sword out, or cutting enemies into half or into pieces, or cause their whole body to explode or fly away.

Mana and health of our character regenerates automatically. Mana is set to regenrate very much faster than health because we may only have a limited amount of mana, this is to prevent the over-usage of the more powerful skills continuously.

Potions are not only limited to recovering health and mana faster, but also for aiding us in other purposes. Some example.. summoning potions can be used to summon dragons or monsters to fight by our side or allow us to ride on them. Apocalypse potions are powerful potions that gets us out of dangerous situation by heavily damaging surrounding enemies in an instant.

In game our enviroment can be changed,damaged and broken by melee attack and magic.
Example: Trees aflame causing smokes, trees broken into pieces, explode rock into debris or cuts it into half.
Leaves, bushes, tall grasses waving wildly about, small boulders rolling fast on the ground, tiny debris and leaves floating in air caused by strong force winds created by our magic.
Enviroment suddenly changes to thunderstorm, roaring winds, dark clouds and flashing lightnings surrounding our character when our character cast a 'rain of lightning' magic.

Armor: Normal historical armor, futuristic metallic plated robot-like armors, or fantasy armor.

Locations of game levels and quests covers vast areas of modern, futuristic, and ancient mythological places.

One idea of a combat scene may be...in modern New York:
Jump and run on building surfaces and fight from skyscraper building to skyscraper building (like spider man)+ free falling from high above building then high maneouvre fly away from impact or catched in mid air by our flying ride. Fighting and dodging between skyscraper buildings causing explosions, rising smokes, blasted and damaged debris, boulders and damaged on-fire buildings here and there, strong flashing blinding lights created by missiles, magics, lasers, rapid fire war weapons and machines hither and fro etc.

Rage gauge systems: When rage gauge is full our character's attacks becomes more powerful. Rage gauge is filled up from being hit continuously by enemy attacks.

We may hire a small group of fighters,mages or robots to fight by our character's side. The higher the level of the hirelings, the more expensive it is to hire them.


Some of the characters I've invented are:

1. Bounty hunter/ spy (Female).
Fast reflexes and movement speed, e.g fast continuous backflips to escape enemy attack. Assasinate enemy units by jumping down directly onto enemy from a high tree giving one lethal kill. etc.
Master of ancient and futuristic weapons, explosives, traps.

2. Doom Samurai-knight warrior (Male).
Dark arts, summoning, resurrecting, and expert swordsman.
Can summon or resurrect infinite dead enemies, but the more you summon, the faster your mana drains (controlling a resurrected enemy slowly drains your mana away)

3. Elf hunter (Fe-Male).
Stealth, silent and deadly for ambushes.
Favourite weapon: Bow
Excellent marksman, shower arrows down onto enemy units from above a tree.
Close-combat: transforms into creature with sharp claws on all limbs (2 legs and 4 arms)
Grows a tail, and a horn on head, body is very stream-lined and built up.
Hobby: Hunt elves

4. Machanical genius (Female).
You give her enough cash, she give you or renovate your machine.
As her skill ability rises, she can create more different and powerful kinds of machines, aircrafts, and robots with more purposes.
Skilled in using modern and futuristic firearms, like missile launchers and laser revolvers.

5. Dragon-knight (male).
Companion: Huge armored dragon called Gentle. Dragon assists knight by fiery flames, using claws to tear enemies apart, and carry knight into combat in air.
Knight fights on dragon back using long-ranged weapons. Fights on ground (with dragon at side) using close-ranged weapons.
Can transform into a Half Dragon half warrior demon hunter (with 8 pairs of wings) by joining his body and soul with his companion.

6. Forens (Sex: unknown).
Magic/ Melee/ Technological combat all purpose fighter.
Apperance: Angel
Favourite weapon: none.
Composes all his weapons completely from pure energy.

7. Nymph (Female).
Magic caster
Have a large golden bird staying by her side all the time, protects and aids her to fight enemies
in combat.
Characteristic: Very beautiful and surrounded by small fairies.

8. Chameleon
Can change into any of the above characters and any enemy minion (and all their skills included). When a chameleon changes to one of our above characters he becomes the opposite of our above character. e.g. If he imitates (transforms into) our female nymph, he becomes a dark male nymph mage, if he imitates our male doom samurai-knight warrior, he becomes a female holy samurai-knight warrior....In other words, male to female, evil to holy.

This should be a textbook example of HOW to do an RPG idea, since most are like the following: boy finds gir, they find magical item, and use it to conquer evil thing that takes over planet (summary, usually they are pages long) this game would have super-duper graphics, and HUGE areas, and EVERYTHING is the BEST ever, and would be like a combo between FFVII and (insert RPG here) and would ONLY BE ON PS2!!

A solid game idea with many good ideas and thoghts. Take a look at Fabel for Xbox, if am not completely wrong I think that will be the first RPG with a real time fighting engine that has some sence of depth to it.

I think this could be very cool with the addition of more stylish characters like the ones you've already invented. Cool characters certainly make a game cool. The only thing i have to say is: change the name, it sounds like Final Fantasy from squaresoft. It would definitely be confusing, if not illegal. Keep up the good work.
